Any issue arising from a service delivered by us should be reported within 48 hours of the completion of the service. While we will make every attempt to help you address the issue even after this time, it will not be possible to link the issue with the service.
Responsibility of the safety and safe keeping of all personal belongings of customers ranging from jewellery to purses and laptop bags rests solely with the individual customers. While we have shelves and boxes to store your belongings, we take no responsibility for their safe keeping and will not be liable for any loss of the same in our premises.
Should we find any of your belongings and reach you, we expect you to collect them within 24 hours after which we will not be responsible for their safe keeping.
